What is GDSN?

GDSN stands for "Global Data Synchronization Network". This global network of data pools has served as a foundation for the exchange of product data since 2004. From that time on, atrify has been involved as a certified data pool (atrify data pool).

Manufacturers or brand owners can enter their product master data in only one data bank and only once, even if they want to place product data abroad. Manufacturers store the master data of their products centrally in this data pool. Of course, legal data requirements are considered here. All product master data stored in any of the data pools may be exchanged and synchronized between them.

This makes the product master data available to the retailers at a central location so that they can access the data for retail and online trade and apps. In addition, suppliers also create a central catalogue for quality-tested product data within your company.
